INAUGURAÇÃO DA TERCEIRA EXPANSÃO DO CATARINA FASHION OUTLET
JHSF Participações S.A. ("Companhia") e a JHSF Malls S.A. comunicam a inauguração da nova expansão do Catarina Fashion Outlet ("CFO"), localizado no km 60 da Rodovia Presidente Castello Branco, em São Roque, a 30 minutos da cidade de São Paulo ("Expansão").
Inaugurado em 2014, o CFO é o outlet mais premiado do Brasil, e neste ano, ganhou pela 5ª vez o Prêmio Abrasce, principal premiação do setor realizada pela Associação Brasileira de Shopping Centers.
A Expansão adiciona cerca de 22 mil m² de Área Bruta Locável ("ABL") e 150 novas operações ao CFO, quase dobrando seu tamanho e o torna o maior outlet do Brasil em número de lojas e área, totalizando 52 mil m² de ABL e 300 operações.
O mix de lojas que reúne importantes marcas internacionais e nacionais como Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Burberry, Salvatore Ferragamo, Ermenegildo Zegna, Nike, Adidas e Under Armour, será complementado com a abertura de um cinema, um salão de beleza, e operações internacionais e nacionais, como Hugo Boss, The North Face, Le Creuset, Carol Bassi, Lenny Niemeyer e Adriana Degreas, além de diversas opções especiais gastronômicas.

INAUGURATION OF THE THIRD EXPANSION OF CATARINA FASHION OUTLET
JHSF Participações S.A. ("Company") and JHSF Malls S.A. announce the inauguration of the new expansion of Catarina Fashion Outlet ("CFO"), located at km 60 of the Presidente Castello Branco Highway, in São Roque, 30 minutes from the city of São Paulo ("Expansion").
Opened in 2014, CFO is Brazil's most awarded outlet, and this year, it won the Abrasce Award for the 5th time, the main award in the sector given by the Brazilian Association of Shopping Centers.
The Expansion adds approximately 22,000 sqm of Gross Leasable Area ("GLA") and 150 new operations to CFO, nearly doubling its size, making it the largest outlet in Brazil in terms of the number of stores and area, totaling 52,000 sqm of GLA and 300 operations.
The mix of stores that brings together important international and national brands such as Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Burberry, Salvatore Ferragamo, Ermenegildo Zegna, Nike, Adidas, and Under Armour, will be complemented by the opening of a cinema, a beauty salon, and international and national operations such as Hugo Boss, The North Face, Le Creuset, Carol Bassi, Lenny Niemeyer, and Adriana Degreas, in addition to several special gastronomy options.
