JHSF Participações S.A. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was BRL 200.57 million compared to BRL 196.73 million a year ago. Revenue was BRL 350.09 million compared to BRL 520.75 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 79.19 million compared to BRL 147.16 million a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was BRL 590.72 million compared to BRL 539.9 million a year ago. Revenue was BRL 1,099.34 million compared to BRL 1,496.68 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 279.06 million compared to BRL 539.18 million a year ago.
JHSF Participacoes SA is a Brazil-based holding company engaged in the real estate industry.
