Jiangsu Lettall Electronic Co.,Ltd (SHSE:603629) agreed to acquire additional 5.1% stake in Shanghai Century Lettall Data Service Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Century Longteng Data Technology Co., Ltd. for CNY 13.4 million on December 20, 2023. As of September 30, 2023, Shanghai Century Lettall Data Service Co., Ltd. generated total assets of CNY 500.24 million and net assets of CNY 500.02 million. The transaction is approved by board of directors of Jiangsu Lettall Electronic Co.,Ltd.
