Suzhou Changqiao Group Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 5.05% stake in Jiangsu Gaoke Petrochemical Co., Ltd (SZSE:002778) from Shanghai Financial Development Investment Fund (limited partnership) for approximately CNY 110 million on June 2, 2020. As part of the acquisition, Shanghai Financial Development Investment Fund (limited partnership) will transfer 4.5 million shares of Jiangsu Gaoke Petrochemical Co., Ltd at CNY 23.48 per share.
Suzhou Changqiao Group Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of 5.05% stake in Jiangsu Gaoke Petrochemical Co., Ltd (SZSE:002778) from Shanghai Financial Development Investment Fund (limited partnership) on June 18, 2020. On June 19, 2020, Jiangsu Gaoke Petrochemical Co., Ltd received a notice that China Securities Depository and Clearing Company Limited issued “Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation,” that the transfer of Jiangsu Gaoke Petrochemical Co., Ltd's shares was completed on June 18, 2020.
Jiangsu Zhongsheng Gaoke Environmental Co Ltd, formerly Jiangsu Gaoke Petrochemical Co Ltd, is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sales of lubricating oil, as well as environmental protection business. The Company's lubricating oil include compressor oil, hydraulic oil, internal combustion engine oil, gear oil, metal processing oil and special solvents, applied in power and electrical equipment, construction machinery, industrial machinery and equipment, metallurgy and transportation. Its environmental protection business includes the operation of sewage treatment facilities, soil remediation, environmental engineering and environmental consulting services. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in domestic market.
