Wu Rui signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire a 46% stake in Jianxi Lianchuang Opto-Electronic Science & Technology Co., Ltd (SHSE:600363) from Shanghai Kaitian Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 360 million on December 28, 2018. The consideration will be paid via assumption of debt of approximately CNY 360 million which Jianxi Lianchuang Opto-Electronic Science & Technology Co., Ltd owes to Shanghai Kaitian Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. Debt will be paid in three tranches with a 30% to be paid before March 31, 2019, 20% to be paid before June 30, 2019 and the remaining to be paid before December 31, 2019. After completion, Wu Rui will directly own a 46% stake and indirectly own another 32% stake in Jianxi Lianchuang Opto-Electronic Science & Technology Co., Ltd.

Its optoelectronic devices and application products include light emitting diode (LED) chips, LED display and lighting devices and components, back lights and components, intelligent controllers and modules, applied in mobiles and tablets. Its wire & cable products include coaxial-cables and fiber-optic cables. The Company also offers computers and software products. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
