Jilin Sino-Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600360) agreed to acquire 30% stake in Shanghai WINSEMI Microelectronic Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen WINSEMI Microelectronics Co., Ltd. on August 30, 2019. Guangzhou Sino-Microelectronics Co., Ltd. will issues its shares as consideration to Shenzhen WINSEMI Microelectronics Co., Ltd. The Board of Directors of Jilin Sino-Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600360) has approved the transaction and its shareholder's approval is not required.
