JK Paper Limited (BSE:532162) entered into share purchase agreement to acquire Manipal Utility Packaging Solutions Private Limited for approximately INR 800 million on October 16, 2023. JK Paper Limited reported Total revenues of INR 1.47 billion. The transaction already received approval from acquirer board.

The transaction is expected to complete within six weeks of execution of a share purchase agreement. Sunil Malik, C R Muralidharan, Mohd Iqbal Butt and Punish Arora of Dua Associates acted as the legal advisor to JK Paper Limited (BSE:532162).
