JKG Land Berhad is a Malaysia-based property development and investment holding company. The Company's segments include Property development, Cultivation of oil palm and Others. The Property development segment is engaged in the development of residential, commercial and other properties. The Company is focused on the development of its on-going projects, The ERA, a mixed development project featuring six blocks of service apartments, 3-storey of terrace retail, and boutique offices as well as its integrated township in Kulim, Kedah which comprises semi-detached and terraced houses including shops and factories. The Company is engaged in the cultivation of oil palm and sale of fresh fruit bunches (FFB). The Others segment includes operations related to investment holdings and provision of management services. The Company's subsidiaries include Keladi Kulim Sdn. Bhd., Keladi Harta Sdn. Bhd., Keladi Land Sdn. Bhd. and KG Central Park Sdn. Bhd.
