JKN Global Media Public Company Limited at its board meeting to be held on December 11, 2018 will acknowledge the resignation of Mr. Chinapat Visuttipat, due to other duties, from the position of company's Director and Independent Director, the resignation effective from December 11, 2018 onwards.
