For the comparable period in 2007, net investment income was $182,261*.

As of October 31, 2008, the net asset value per share was $12.92 with total net assets of $120,804,877 and 9,350,000 common shares outstanding. Comparable figures for October 31, 2007 reflect a net asset value per share of $19.58, total net assets of $171,295,508 and 8,750,000 common shares outstanding.
