John Menzies plc Declares Final Dividend; Announces Appointment of Directors

John Menzies plc declared a final dividend of 11.8 pence per ordinary share in the Company for the financial year ended December 31, 2015.

The company announced that at AGM the shareholders has approved the appointment of David Garman, Geoff Eaton, Forsyth Black, Paula Bell, Silla Maizey and Dermot Jenkinson as a director of the Company.
