CHICAGO, Oct. 20, 2021 - JLL Public Institutions today announces Eric Conrad joins as Executive Vice President, Education. In his new role, Conrad will be responsible for working with clients and existing JLL teams to drive facilities management, transactions, public-private partnerships (P3), project management and technology strategies for JLL clients in the education sector.

Conrad brings a dynamic portfolio of expertise with him to JLL. From Fortune 500 companies to two of the nation's largest universities, Conrad has experience managing operations and leading teams up to 2,700 employees. He has managed operating budgets as large as $840 million and real estate portfolios valued over $17.8 billion. In a previous role, Conrad oversaw a banking client with over 3,100 facilities covering 41 states. Conrad also served on the President's Cabinet at the BYU campuses and the University of Oklahoma, overseeing many of the universities' non-academic organizations.

Conrad earned his Bachelor of Science, Engineering-Facilities Management, at Brigham-Young University with a minor in Business Management. He earned his Master of Science, Management and Leadership at Western Governors University.
