CHICAGO, April 16, 2024 - JLL announced today that it has promoted Jessica Pernicone to Global Head of Solutions Development for its Work Dynamics business. Effective immediately, Pernicone now leads the team that delivers customized solutions to occupier clients, shaping the future of real estate for a better world.

Pernicone will continue to increase global connectivity for the Solutions Development, Sales & Pursuit Enablement and Solutions Management teams. She and her team collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and goals, leveraging JLL's deep expertise, technology and resources to develop tailored solutions.

Prior to joining JLL, Pernicone was a Vice President with DTZ in their Global Corporate Services group and previously Senior Director of Customer Solutions for EMCOR Facilities Services and UMS Facilities Consulting, now Trascent Advisory. She is active in CoreNet Global and recently served on the Executive Committee of their Global Board of Directors.
