Scorpex, Inc., Substantially all assets entered into an agreement to acquire JPX Global, Inc. (OTCBB:JPEX) in a reverse merger transaction on February 15, 2013. JPX Global, Inc will issue 103.25 million common shares and 5 million shares of Series A preferred stock to the shareholders of Scorpex. The Scorpex Board of Directors approved the sale of all of its assets to JPX Global.
