• JTL clarifies that there are no connections between the entity "Zenith Multi Trading DMCC" and the Company and/or its promoters, other than it being a shareholder/warrant holder to the Company.
• The Company is in compliance with disclosure requirements and the regulatory compliances applicable to listed entities. Further, The Company has no control and access to its shareholders and their business/private transactions.
• The company reaffirms that its business operations at all four plants are unaffected and the earlier mentioned capex plans are not impacted.
