Julius Baer has appointed Vincent Ming as its deputy group head of Greater China, based in Singapore. Ming, who brings about 15 years of experience covering Greater China, will be responsible for growing the bank’s franchise in the market. He will report to Chew Mun Yew, the group head of Greater China Singapore. Ming most recently worked at UOB Private Bank as market head of North Asia since 2017. Prior to that, he was a team leader for Greater China market at Credit Suisse Private Banking for ten years. Chirag Gandhi joined from his role as a senior partner at IIFL Wealth to head Julius Baer’s Indian operations, with the bank also appointing five senior relationship managers.
