On June 17, 2015, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc (Julius Berger) held its 45th Annual General Meeting in Abuja, at the Shehu Yar'Adua Centre.

The Board of Directors and Executive Management presented Julius Berger's consolidated financial statements, together with a year review and outlook to its shareholders.

While the group's turnover fell from 212.7 Billion Naira in 2013 to 196.8 Billion Naira in 2014, the Julius
Berger group remained profitable - with an increase in Profit After Tax to 8.2 Billion Naira.

The Chairman of Julius Berger, AVM (Dr.) Mohammed Nurudeen Imam, CFR, addressed shareholders on
2014 performance and key accomplishments; he also shared insight on the difficulties the company faced,
as a result of the economic situation in Nigeria. The Chairman elaborated that Julius Berger's positive
performance was made possible through proactive mitigation measures.
