The Board of Directors of Kaga Electronics Co.,Ltd. approved a resolution on February 14, 2014 to make the changes in representative directors and a director as of April 1, 2014. The changes are: Tomohisa Tsukamoto appointed as Executive Director from the current position as President (COO); Ryoichi Kado appointed as President (COO) from the current position as Vice President; appointed as Senior Managing Director from the current position as Managing Director. The purpose of these changes in representative directors and a director is to further strengthen and upgrade
the company's management.
