Kalamazoo Resources Limited is an Australia-based gold and lithium exploration company. The Company holds two assets in Victorian Goldfields and the Pilbara in Western Australia. Its projects include Castlemaine Gold Project, South Muckleford Gold Project, Pilbara Projects, Ashburton Gold Project, Marble Bar Lithium Project and other projects. The Castlemaine Gold Project consists of three granted tenements for a total holding of 304 square kilometers. South Muckleford Gold Project comprises two tenures, exploration license, 6959 and 7021. Ashburton Gold Project covers about 217 square kilometers, consisting of mining leases, such as 52/639, 52/640, 52/734 and 52/735, and exploration licenses, such as 52/1941, 52/3024 and 52/3025. The Company also includes the 1,609 square kilometer Mt Piper Gold Project located adjacent to Agnico Eagle Mine’s exploration land tenure and 30 kilometers from its Fosterville gold mine in Central Victoria.
