Green Culture, Inc. announced that it has received ¥250 million in a round of funding led by Universal Materials Incubator Co., Ltd on July 1, 2021. The transaction included participation from new investors Future Food Fund No. 1 Investment L.P., a fund managed by Future Food Fund Inc, Oisix ra daichi Inc and Kameda Seika Co.,Ltd. The company issued common shares in the transaction through third party allotment.
Oisix Ra Daichi Inc is a Japan-based company that receives orders from customers through websites and catalogs, and delivers high-value-added foods such as fruits and vegetables, processed foods, and meal kits, as well as daily necessities and miscellaneous goods. The Company operates through four segments. The segments include home delivery business (Oisix), home delivery business (Daichi wo Mamoru Kai), home delivery business (Radish Boya), and home delivery business (Purple Carrot). The main business is the home delivery business, with business activities aimed at providing services to enjoy a good diet under the Oisix, Daichi wo Mamoru Kai, Radish Boya, and Purple Carrot brands.
