Change in the number of voting rights and the share capital
Pursuant to Article 135, Section 1 BörseG (Austrian Stock Exchange Act), Kapsch TrafficCom AG (“Company”) hereby notifies that at the end of November 2023, the number of voting rights amounts to a total of 14,300,000. The Company's share capital at the end of November 2023 is EUR 14,300,000.00 and is divided into 14,300,000 ordinary no-par value shares which represent a portion of the share capital of EUR 1.00 each.
The changes result from the issuance of a total of 1,300,000 new shares in the Company derived from a capital increase in November 2023.

Kapsch Trafficcom AG is an Austria-based provider of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) in the fields of tolling, traffic management, smart urban mobility, traffic safety and security, and connected vehicles.
