KAZ Minerals : Director/PDMR Shareholding

i) Acceptance of Final Increased Offer by Nova Resources B.V. in respect of his Shares pursuant to his irrevocable undertaking dated 28 October 2020

ii) Exercise of nil-cost options awarded under the KAZ Minerals PLC Long Term Incentive Plan 2017 and acquisition of Shares.

iii) Exercise of nil-cost options awarded under the KAZ Minerals PLC Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2017 and acquisition of Shares.

iv) Acceptance of Final Increased Offer by Nova Resources B.V. in respect of the Shares acquired under (i) and (ii)

v) Acceptance of Final Increased Offer by Nova Resources B.V. in respect of Shares held under the KAZ Minerals PLC UK Share Incentive Plan 2010
