Cosmolink Co., Ltd. and KB Metal Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A024840) agreed to acquire SH-VINA Cable Co., Ltd. from Seoul Electric Wire Co., Ltd. and HwaSung Cable Co., Ltd. for $4.5 million on January 23, 2017. Under the transaction the consideration will be paid in cash, deposits payment within 2 business days after the completion of foreign direct investments report amounted of $0.45 million and balance payment will be made on February 28, 2017 $4.1 million. The transaction is expected to be completed by Febuary 28, 2017.
