Almaty, 15 October 2023 Kcell Joint Stock Company ("Kcell" or the "Company") (KASE: KCEL), one of the leading providers of the mobile telecommunications services in Kazakhstan, announces that Timur Turlov, member of the Board of Directors, representative of shareholder Freedom Finance JSC, has notified of his resignation from the Board of Directors of Kcell JSC with effect from 11 October 2023.

Kcell would like to thank Mr. Turlov for his professional contribution to the development of the Company and wishes him continued success.

The current Board of Directors of Kcell JSC includes:

Alexey Buyanov - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Independent Director;

Jere Calmes - member of the Board of Directors, independent director;

Yermek Ramazanov - member of the Board of Directors, independent director;

Pietari Kivikko - member of the Board of Directors, Independent Director;

Aliya Kishkimbayeva - member of the Board of Directors, representative of shareholder Kazakhtelecom JSC;

Alexander Lezgovko - member of the Board of Directors, representative of shareholder Kazakhtelecom JSC.
