Changchun Keboda Sales Service Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 5 million on May 15, 2020. The transaction will include participation from existing investor, Keboda Technology Corp. (SHSE:603786) to retain its 100% stake in the company. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 10 million to CNY 15 million. The transaction has been approved at the 1st session of the company’s 2nd directorate of the investor.
KEBODA TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of automotive electronics and related products. The Company's main products include lighting control systems, such as main light source controllers, auxiliary light source controllers, ambient light controllers, motor control systems, such as small and medium motor control systems, auxiliary electric oil pumps, energy management systems, automotive electronics and electronics, such as scrubbers, solenoid valve controllers and other automotive parts such as wire harnesses.
