Notice Concerning Change of Officer
Keihanshin Building Co., Ltd. (the "Company") recognizes that, in promoting its Mid-Term Business Plan, real estate investments are an important management issue.
Accordingly, the Company hereby announces that the Board of Directors' meeting held today passed a resolution to establish the "Investment Promotion Department" and make a change of an officer as described below, effective July 1, 2022, to further promote the Company's investment strategies.
Going forward, the Company will continue to strive in providing valuable commercial space and aim to expand assets that will be carried over to the next generation.
