Reference is made to the announcement of Kerry Logistics Network Limited dated 27 April 2023 in relation to, among other things, the retirement of Mr. MA Wing Kai William ("Mr Ma") as an Executive Director and the Group Managing Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting of the Company held on 22 May 2023 and 1 October 2023 respectively.
