Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On February 11, 2022, Genevieve Hovde notified the Chairman of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (the "Company") of her resignation from the Board, effective immediately. Ms. Hovde's resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company or the Board. Following the resignation, the Board is composed of 12 directors, 7 of whom are independent (Juliette Hickman, Paul Michaels, Pamela Patsley, Debra Sandler, Robert Singer, Nelson Urdaneta and Larry Young).
