On December 7, 2020, Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, payable in U.S. dollars, on the Company's common stock. The regular quarterly dividend will be paid on January 22, 2021 to shareholders of record on January 8, 2021.
