KeyHolder, Inc. (JASDAQ:4712) announced a private placement of 491,642 shares at a price of ¥1,017 per share for the gross proceeds of ¥499,999,914 on December 18, 2020. The company will issue shares on third-party allotment basis. The transaction will include participation from SMEJ Plus Co., Ltd. The payment date of the transaction is January 8, 2021. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The company will incur expenses of ¥5,000,000 in the transaction.
