Kginicis Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A035600) agreed to acquire 49% stake in SY Auto Capital Co. Ltd. from Ssangyong Motor Company (KOSE:A003620) and KB Capital Co., Ltd. for KRW20.1 billion on March 8, 2023. The deal is expected to close on May 31, 2023.
Kginicis Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A035600) completed the acquisition of an additional 49% stake in SY Auto Capital Co. Ltd. from Ssangyong Motor Company (KOSE:A003620) and KB Capital Co., Ltd. on May 31, 2023. EY acted as financial advisor to Kginicis.
