KIM Co., Ltd. acquired 29.6% in Kikuchi Seisakusho Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:3444) from Isao Kikuchi and Miyo Kikuchi on December 10, 2012. Under the terms, KIM Co., Ltd. acquired approximately 1.1 million shares. Isao Kikuchi sold 0.6 million shares representing 16.24% stake and Miyo Kikuchi sold 0.5 million shares representing 13.4% stake. Post acquisition, Isao Kikuchi will have 16.64% stake.
