For the first quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 1,433.628 million compared to TWD 1,719.819 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 454.161 million compared to TWD 525.442 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 374.799 million compared to TWD 413.363 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.01 compared to TWD 1.08 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.01 compared to TWD 1.07 a year ago.
King's Town Construction Co., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the sales of buildings and lands. The Company is engaged in the construction of commercial buildings, residential buildings and car parks for sale and for rental. Its projects include JUDAN, SHUISENLIN, HULIFANG and TIANFENG, among others. The Company is also engaged in the operation of hotels and restaurants through one of its subsidiaries. The Company operates businesses in Kaohsiung City, Tainan County and Pingtung County of Taiwan.
