Kingdee Signs a Strategic Cooperation Agreement

on Digitalization with Yixintang

【[ -】, 2022, Hong Kong] On December 29, 2021, Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited ("Kingdee International", "Kingdee" or the "Company", collectively called the "Group" along with its affiliated companies; stock code: 0268.HK) and Yixintang Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. ("Yixintang") signed a strategic cooperation agreement on digitalization in Kunming. Ruan Hongxian, Board Chairman of Yixintang, and Xu Shaochun, Board Chairman and CEO of Kingdee, attended the signing ceremony.

Through the strategic cooperation, both sides will address countless issues of common concern among big health enterprises, such as decision making based on data analysis, cost control based on comprehensive budget and the requirements of Internet plus, so as to support Yixintang in decision making and the transition from traditional extensive operation to modern refined operation.
