The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that Beijing Kingsoft Office Software, Inc. ( 北京金山辦公軟件股份有限公司 ) ("Kingsoft Office"), a subsidiary of the

Company whose shares are listed on the SSE STAR Market (stock code: 688111), published its first quarterly report of 2021 (the "Report") on 29 April 2021.
