Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited announced a private placement of 2,502,735,000 common shares at a price of TBH 2.26 per share for gross proceeds of TBH 5,656,181,100; and 2,306,786,000 common shares at a price of TBH 2.259 per share for gross proceeds of TBH 5,211,029,574; for aggregate gross proceeds of TBH 10,867,210,674 on September 7, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investors Compal Electronics, Inc. for TBH 5,656,181,100, and Kinpo Electronics, Inc. for TBH 5,211,029,574. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
