KLX Energy Services Holdings, Inc.'s definitive proxy statement filed on April 18, 2022 on April 12, 2022, Richard G. Hamermesh announced to the board of directors of the Company his intention to retire effective as of the date of the Company's 2022 annual meeting of stockholders, to be held on June 1, 2022.
