Komax Holding AG (SWX:KOMN) agreed to acquire 56% stake in Suzhou Hosver Automation Technogogy Co,. Ltd. on March 19, 2024. The Komax Group has secured the option to acquire Hosver fully at a later stage.
The four founders and previous owners will remain shareholders in Hosver and continue to form the management team in future.The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024.
