Proaltia d.o.o. made a bid to the remaining 13.9% stake in Kompas Mejni Turisticni Servis d.d. (LJSE:MTSG) from Kapitalska druzba pokojninskega in invalidskega zavarovanja, d. d. and others for €3.3 million on July 15, 2020. Proaltia will pay €40 for each share for all of 0.08 million shares of Kompas. The bid is open between July 15 and August 11, with no specific success threshold.
