Kosaido Co., Ltd. (TSE:7868) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,500,000 shares, representing 10.03% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), at ¥1,000 per share, for ¥2,500 million. The purpose of the program is to implement an agile capital policies and to improve corporate value in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until August 27, 2021. As of March 31, 2021, the company had 24,914,644 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 10,656 shares in treasury.
Kosaido Holdings Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of information solution, human resources service and operation of ending-related business. The Company operates through four business segments. Information segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of printed materials, publication and sale of the publications, as well as the eco-business.
