KPIT Technologies Limited announced unaudited standalone and consolidated earnings results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020. For the quarter, on standalone basis, revenue from operations were INR 1,982.53 million compared to INR 2,292.79 million a year ago. Total income was INR 2,087.16 million compared to INR 2,391.81 million a year ago. Profit for the period was INR 249.17 million compared to INR 343.76 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share were INR 0.93 compared to INR 1.28 per share a year ago. Diluted earnings per share were INR 0.92 compared to INR 1.28 per share a year ago.
For the nine months, on standalone basis, revenue from operations were INR 5,650.88 million compared to INR 7,374.70 million a year ago. Total income was INR 5,801.20 million compared to INR 7,503.91 million a year ago. Profit for the period was INR 663.97 million compared to INR 1,515.99 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share were INR 2.47 compared to INR 5.64 per share a year ago. Diluted earnings per share were INR 2.46 compared to INR 5.62 per share a year ago.
For the quarter, on consolidated basis, revenue from operations were INR 5,172.45 million compared to INR 5,500.92 million a year ago. Total income was INR 5,239.42 million compared to INR 5,608.33 million a year ago. Profit for the period was INR 429.74 million compared to INR 409.34 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share were INR 1.55 compared to INR 1.59 per share a year ago. Diluted earnings per share were INR 1.54 compared to INR 1.59 per share a year ago.
For the nine months, on consolidated basis, revenue from operations were INR 14,954.14 million compared to INR 15,999.41 million a year ago. Total income was INR 15,074.69 million compared to INR 16,205.79 million a year ago. Profit for the period was INR 943.52 million compared to INR 1,086.75 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share were INR 3.48 compared to INR 4.08 per share a year ago. Diluted earnings per share were INR 3.47 compared to INR 4.06 per share a year ago.
