Krungdhep Sophon Public Company Limited Appoints Sunti Tirapat as Audit Committee and Independent Director, Effective 9 November 2023

Krungdhep Sophon Public Company Limited has appointed Mr. Sunti Tirapat as Audit Committee and Independent Director in replacement of completed their resignation director, effective from 9 November 2023 onwards, with his
directorship term equal to the remaining term of the resigning Director.
