iStudy Co., Ltd. (TSE:2345) signed an agreement to acquire aim-soft, Inc. from Minoru Mizoguchi for approximately ¥330 million on September 9, 2019. Under the terms of the agreement, iStudy will acquire 400 shares in Aim Soft. On completion, aim-soft, Inc. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of iStudy. Aim Soft Co., Ltd. had sales of ¥800 million, total assets of ¥293 million, net assets of ¥119 million, operating income of ¥44 million and net income of ¥30 million for the year ended March 31, 2019. Transaction was resolved by the Board of iStudy on September 9, 2019. Transaction is expected to close on October 1, 2019.
