CAICA DIGITAL Inc. announced a private placement to issue 7,291,700 shares of the company at an issue price of ¥48 per share for the gross proceeds of ¥350,001,600 on September 21, 2023. The company will include participation from new investor, Kushim, Inc. to issue shares through third-party allotment. The transaction is expected to close on October 10, 2023.

The transaction has been approved by the board of the directors of the company. The estimated amount of issuance expenses is ¥20,000,000.
