JOONGANG ADVANCED MATERIALS Co., Ltd announced that it has received KRW 31.5009205 billion in funding from Kwangmu Co.,Ltd.

JOONGANG DNM Co.,Ltd announced a private placement of 63,001,841 common shares at an issue price of KRW 500 per share for a gross proceeds of KRW 31,500,920,500 on May 3, 2023. The transaction included the participation from existing investor Kwangmu. The transaction is approved by third party allotment within the last six months.
