KYB Corporation (TSE:7242) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 650,000 shares, representing 2.54% of its issued share capital, for ¥2,500 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder returns and implement a flexible capital policy that responds to changes in the business environment.

The program will be valid till November 30, 2023. As of May 31, 2023, the company had 25,549,564 shares issued (excluding treasury stock) and 198,867 shares in treasury.
