(1)The board of directors decided to allocate NT$83,000 for employees and
NT$16,000 for directors and supervisors in 2021, both in cash.
(2)When there is a discrepancy between the actual distribution of employee
remuneration or the remuneration of directors and supervisors and the
original estimated amount, the difference shall be treated according to the
change in accounting estimates and listed as profit or loss in 2022.
