Notice Concerning Application for Selection of New Market Segment "Prime Market"

On July 9, 2021, Kyudenko Corporation (the"Company") received the primary screening results with the listing criteria for the new market segment from Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. ("TSE") , and confirmed that it fulfilled the requirements for listing on the Prime Market.

Based on these results , the Board of Directors of the Company has resolved in its meeting held today to select and apply for listing on the Prime Market which is scheduled to be introduced on April 4, 2022.
