At the Board of Directors' Meeting of L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited held on

4th August 2022, the Board has passed the resolution to pay interim dividend for the performance from 1st January - 30th June 2022 at the rate of 0.10 baht (Ten Satang) per share for the total shares of 1,454,198,768 (i.e. the original amount of 1,475,698,768 shares minus the shares bought back at 21,500,000). The dividend is paid from the net profit that are subject to 20% corporate income tax. Individual shareholders can claim a tax credit equaling to the dividend received multiplied by 20/80.
