L&T Finance has appointed Gigesh Gangadharan, the former head of digital marketing at Godrej Consumer Products, as its new head of digital marketing. Gangadharan brings with him a wealth of experience garnered from his tenure at renowned companies such as Indiamart Intermesh, MEC Interaction, Colgate Palmolive, L'Oreal India, Star India, and Sanofi. His expertise spans across various facets of digital marketing, making him a valuable addition to the L&T Finance team.

In his new role, Gangadharan will spearhead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies across all categories, oversee Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Online Reputation Management (ORM), and lay the groundwork for a robust digital ecosystem aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience. During his career, Gangadharan demonstrated his proficiency by leading cross-functional teams to devise and execute innovative digital strategies for fragrance, personal care, and wellness brands. His leadership resulted in the seamless integration of AI-powered chatbots and personalized recommendation engines into the customer journey, leading to a remarkable 25 percent increase in engagement and a subsequent 20 percent surge in repeat purchases.

Moreover, Gangadharan's strategic acumen played a pivotal role in optimizing campaign performance by harnessing analytical insights to surpass ROI expectations.
